This action was commenced on December 13, 1906, by the filing of a complaint, by an attempted service of summons by publication, and an attachment of real estate. Later the respondents Peavey and the Sound Timber Company appeared and interposed demurrers, which being overruled, they served their answers on October 12, 1907, to which replies were filed December 19, following. The issues thus joined have not been tried.
