J. Leo Kolb, Inc. sued Rosenthal for possession of an apartment, claiming that a monthly rental of $85 was unpaid. Rosen-thal defended on the ground that the agreed rental was $75 per month, which he had tendered. The decision of the trial court was in favor of plaintiff and defendant brings this appeal.
