BARBER, Acting Associate Justice.

This is an appeal from the judgment that the appellant, defendant below, was guilty of the crime of larceny.

The indictment contained four counts. The first charged appellant with larceny on the 18th day of April in the year of our Lord 1921, at *250the District of Columbia, of one automobile, of the value of $1,410, the property of one Genevieve V. Rouse and one Charles L. Rouse. The second charged him with larceny of one automobile of the same value at the same time and place, the property of the said Charles L. Rouse.
