Shawd v. Donohoe

This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County in an action sounding in tort, brought by Roberta Shawd, administratrix of the estate of John A. Shawd, deceased, against H. L. Donohoe of Columbus, Ohio, and Robert D. Taylor, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and The Cleveland Clinic Company of Cleveland, Ohio.
