Petitioner, Robert L. Smith, appeals from an order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) denying Petitioners request for admihistrative relief from a Board parole revocation order which recommitted Petitioner as a technical parole violator and a convicted parole violator. We affirm.
