Reversing.
The appellee and plaintiff below, First National Bank of Somerset, Kentucky, sought by its petition filed in this equity action, to enjoin the appellant and defendant below, as sheriff of Pulaski county, from collecting from it any taxes for the county on its capital stock in excess of 20 cents on each $100.00 valuation thereof, as was provided by chapter 117, Acts of 1924, page 415.
