The plaintiff, Frieda Wysocki, brought this complaint against the individual lawyer defendants and their law firm alleging legal malpractice in the handling of the plaintiff’s deceased husband’s potential products liability claim against two drug manufacturers. In order to recover against the defendants, the plaintiff would have to show that she would have recovered from one or both of the drug manufacturers but for the malpractice of the defendants.
