This is a bill, supplemental to and in aid of the original bill of foreclosure, filed by the Central Trust Company of New York, as trustee, to foreclose a second mortgage executed by the Western North Carolina Railroad Company, a North Carolina corporation, upon its property of every kind, including the franchises of the corporation. This .second mortgage covered, of course, the equity of redemption of the corporation.
