In an opinion and order dated April 9, 1991 the Court denied plaintiffs motion to enjoin release of the paperback edition of defendants’ book The Enneagram in this copyright infringement action. Defendants now move pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for summary judgment dismissing the complaint which also asserts claims for false designation of origin and common law unfair competition.
