Relator, National Super Markets, Inc. (“National”), filed a writ of prohibition to *290prevent respondent from taking further action in the underlying suit filed by Portia Scott (hereinafter “plaintiff’) for damages sustained by plaintiff when she slipped and fell on National’s premises.
