OPINION OF THE COURT

SPISAK, Senior Judge:

The appellant pled guilty to three specifications of dereliction of duty and six specifications of making and uttering worthless checks in violation of Articles 92 and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 934. He pled not guilty to three specifications of larceny in violation of Article 121, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 921. A military judge found him guilty of all charges and specifications. The appellant’s approved sentence consists of a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 4 months, forfeiture of $639.00 per month for 4 months, and reduction to E-l. He asserts that…
