Action to foreclose a mortgage upon 160 acres of land in Pine county and to obtain a personal judgment against the defendant Allen based upon an assumption clause in a deed conveying such premises to him. There was a trial and an order for judgment in favor of the defendant Allen. From an order denying its motion for a new trial, the plaintiff appealed.
