Plaintiffs-appellants Thomas J. Macone and Frank Bramante, Trustees of the BRAMAC Development Trust, appeal from a grant of summary judgment for appellee, the Town of Wakefield (“Wake-field”). Appellants brought suit against Wakefield alleging violations of the Federal Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3604, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and the Due Process and Equal Protection clauses of the United States Constitution.
