STATEMENT OF THE CASE

This is the second appeal arising from the marriage dissolution of Bonnie M. Reese (“Bonnie”) and Theodore J. Reese (“Theodore”). In the first appeal we reversed the trial court’s order that Theodore pay $339,-761.21 in Bonnie’s attorney fees and litigation expenses (“attorney fees”). On remand, Theodore petitioned the court for an order requiring that Bonnie reimburse him the principal amount he had paid with interest.
