OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
Plaintiff Empresa Cubana del Tabaco d/b/a Cubatabaco (“Cubatabaco”) has moved (1) to strike the Eighth Affirmative Defense of defendant General Cigar Co. (“General Cigar”) pursuant to Rule 12(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; (2) to preclude the trial testimony of Marvin Shanken, the editor and publisher of Cigar Aficionado; and (3) to preclude the trial testimony of James Clark, president of Straus Tobacconist.
