This matter is before the Court on the Motion to Compel Arbitration and Dismiss [Doc. 3] filed by defendants Combined Insurance Company of America (“Combined Insurance”) and AON Insurance Management Services, Inc. (“AON”) (collectively, “Defendants” for purposes of this Memorandum and Order).
