Many of the assignments of error in this case have been held by this court on numerous occasions to be without merit. As to the general grounds, and special grounds a, b, c, d, and e, the evidence is amply sufficient, without the confession, to support the verdict. However, there is no reason to,doubt that the defendant made the confession. The paraphernalia having been found in the home of the defendant, the presumption is that she owned the paraphernalia.
