On August 24, 2004, Plaintiff Robert Sherez (“Sherez”) filed his First Amended Complaint (“Complaint”) against the State of Hawaii Department of Education (“DOE”), Patricia Hamamoto, Meredeth Maeda, and Sarah Gronna, alleging nine state and federal law claims.
