Plaintiffs Mark Andrew Tobin, Craig Mackay, and Helen J. Hunter (collectively, “plaintiffs”) filed declaratory judgment actions in which they sought to recover under an insurance policy that defendant Michigan Mutual Insurance Company (“Michigan Mutual”) issued to Ford Motor Company (“Ford”).
