This adversary proceeding is before the Court on the plaintiffs’ “Complaint for Non-Dischargeability of Debt” under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), 523(a)(2)(B), 523(a)(4) and 523(a)(6).
FACTS
This proceeding concerns a partnership involving the debtor and the plaintiffs. After a dispute arose between the debtor and the plaintiffs, the plaintiffs filed an action seeking an arbitration award for damages against the debtor and for termination of the partnership.
