I. INTRODUCTION

In this adversary proceeding (hereinafter referred to as the “Dischargeability Action”) the Plaintiff, Federal Trade Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “FTC”), seeks to have a certain debt allegedly owed to it by the Debtor, Walter J. Wright (hereinafter referred to as “Wright”), declared to be non-dischargeable in Wright’s pending Chapter 7 bankruptcy case under the authority of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(7).
