INTRODUCTION
Pláintiff Darrell McKinney (“Plaintiff’), proceeding pro se, is an inmate currently housed at Great Meadow Correctional Facility. Plaintiff brings the instant action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that Defendants Albert Prack, Thomas Griffin, and Steven Wenderlich (collectively “Defendants”) 1 denied his constitutional rights when he was sentenced to segregated confinement for non-violent offenses.
