This case is before the Court upon the motion of the plaintiff for a new trial. A brief history of the lawsuit will be in order before taking up the motion. This case is one of four lawsuits filed in this court which all arose out of the same motor vehicle accident. The accident involved a collision between two tractor-trailers.
