Tbe appellant appeals from adverse judgment in bis slander suit against tbe Jackson City Lines, and assigns several grounds for reversal. Tbe appellee contends that it was entitled to a directed verdict, and, therefore, tbe jury returned tbe only verdict authorized by law. We state tbe facts most favorable to tbe appellant-plaintiff, inasmuch as we are of tbe opinion that appellee was entitled to a directed verdict.
