I. Introduction

Defendant Robert W. Johnson has moved to compel a plaintiff in this action, Dr. Joyce P. Gryboski, to answer certain questions asked during her recent deposition, which her attorneys contend would require disclosure of information protected by the attorney-client privilege and the attorney work product doctrine.
