Before the Court are Denise Limon's motion for partial summary judgment (docket no. 39) and the City of Balcones Heights' motion for summary judgment (docket no. 47). Defendant Dwaun J. Gui-dry was convicted of raping Limon in his patrol car while on duty as a Balcones Heights police officer. That conviction was affirmed. United States v. Guidry, 456 F.3d 493 (5th Cir.2006).
