The movant, Dr. Jean-Michel Paul, seeks reconsideration of this Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order dated July 12, 2018, which granted discovery from twelve banks located in New York County pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1782 for use against the movant in a contemplated criminal proceeding in Luxembourg.
