In Elizabeth Feste’s suit against Jean Denton and Billy M. Newman, wherein she sought $50,000 for personal injuries arising out of an automobile accident, 'the jury verdict was in favor of plaintiff and against her host driver, Jean Denton, in the sum of $10,000, but in favor of defendant Billy Newman, the operator of. .the other automobile.
