This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence rendered by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County following a non-jury trial resulting in appellant’s conviction of robbery, graded as a felony of the first degree; criminal conspiracy; and possession of an instrument of crime. The issues presented on appeal are: (1) whether the trial court erred in denying appellant’s motion to suppress identification testimony, and (2) whether the verdict is supported by the sufficiency of the evidence.
