Appellant, Morris W. Yarble, was convicted in the Henderson Circuit Court of one count each of manufacturing methamphetamine, KRS 218A.1432(l)(b), and possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine), KRS 218A.1415. He was sentenced to consecutive prison terms of fifteen years and five years respectively. He appeals to this Court as a matter of right, Ky.
