I. INTRODUCTION

A Pendleton Circuit Court jury found Appellant, Lawrence Elmer Pate (a/k/a Tommy Pate), guilty of Manufacturing Methamphetamine, and the trial court, in accordance with the jury’s recommendation, imposed a twenty (20) year sentence of imprisonment.
