Prokop v. Bedford Waist & Dress Co., Inc. (105 Misc. 573, affd. 187 App. Div. 662) may seem to sanction the plaintiff’s position but it really does not. But here the question is whether an oral agreement for one year made on a Saturday to commence the following Monday is valid.
