ORDER & OPINION
LEISURE, District Judge:
Plaintiffs filed this action against more than sixty defendants, claiming that their investments in four limited partnerships were fraudulently induced. Plaintiffs have alleged violations of § 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq. (“RICO”), and state law in connection with the issuance of private placement memoranda (the “Memoranda”) used in the sale of the partnership interests.
