The plaintiff is the proprietor of a retail jewelry store in Milwaukee. For a number of years it has been a subscriber to the telephone service of the defendant Wisconsin Telephone Company. The number assigned to it was “Broadway 8770.” The telephone directory issued by the telephone company in November, 1926, while indicating that to be plaintiff’s number, also assigned it as the number of Thrift Builders, Inc.
