The case before us consists of two appeals arising from the same cause of action in the Chancery Court of Crittenden County that have been consolidated for our review. First, the appeal of Lowell Taylor v. Zanone Properties, et al., presents the issue of whether the chancery court erred by modifying its findings of fact more than ninety days after the entry of the final judgment.
