At root, this case is a dispute over whether a Chapter 13 plan should be modified to capture the proceeds of a post-confirmation windfall. Debtor-Appellee Barbara Jean Russell (“the Debtor”) filed a petition for Chapter 13 bankruptcy on January 18, 2013 (Doc. # 3-2) *; her plan was confirmed on April 29 of that year in Bankruptcy Court Chapter 13 Case- No. 13-30160-DHW-13 (Doc. #3-4).
