*1000In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for medical malpractice and wrongful death, the defendants Interfaith Medical Center and Dinker Rai separately appeal, as limited by their respective briefs, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Jackson, J.), dated September 3, 2008, as denied their separate motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
