This case is before the Court on the demurrer of the defendants to the Amended Petition on the basis of the assertion that (1) This action was not brought within the time limited for the commencement of such actions, (2) Several causes of action are improperly joined, and (3) The petition *227does not state facts which show a cause' of action against defendants.
