Today, we hand this case down along with Green Tree Servicing, LLC v. Auditor and Treasurer of Howard County, 868 N.E.2d 1 (Ind.Ct.App. 2007), which involves the notice requirements of the distribution of surplus funds following a tax sale of real property.
