This is a bill in equity, for the construction of the will of John Townsend. The will was executed on November 1, 1890, and the testator must have died soon after this, as the will was proved on July 17,1891. The testator had *455been twice married. His first wife, Matilda, “ died in the year one thousand eight hundred and forty-three,” and by her he had two children, who survived him, namely, Henry H. Townsend and Caroline F. Townsend.
