This is a bill in equity for instructions as to the proper effect to be given to certain provisions in the will of the late William T. Andrews.

1. We consider primarily the second question proposed by the bill, in its ninth paragraph : “ Whether the defendant Edward R. Andrews or his said wife or children are entitled to any share or interest in the said rents and income of the testator’s real estate other than the interest given him by the said second codicil.” The second codicil is itself a substitute for the first codicil.
