On November 5, 2013, Plaintiff Kathleen Soule (“Plaintiff’ or “Soule”) filed a First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated against Hilton Worldwide, Inc. and Doe Defendants 1-50 (“Defendant” or “Hilton”) in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii.
