John William Powell, a resident of Sunflower County, Mississippi, executed a last will and testament on January 12, 1929 in which he directed that all his just debts *295and funeral expenses be paid and devised bis 200 acres of land as follows: To Ms seven cMldren each a particularly described share of land amounting to twenty-five acres each for seven of them and twenty-five acres to his second wife who was the stepmother of the children. Her share was also particularly described in the will. He died on September 9, 1932 and his will was duly probated by decree of September 20, 1932.
