This Opinion is issued in connection with products liability MDL litigation concerning the brand name pharmaceutical Eliquis, a blood thinner used to treat nonvalvular atrial fibrillation and to reduce the risk of stroke and systemic embolism. At *640issue here are four related Eliquis lawsuits filed by the law firm Salim-Beasley in Delaware state court, which were removed by the defendants to federal court and recently transferred to this district pursuant to the MDL process.
