REYNOLDS, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from a decision of the bankruptcy court. Kurt W. Zahn and his wife, Anna Zahn, filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy on November 20,1975. They owned a farm valued at $141,000 which was their homestead, and which the trustee in bankruptcy sold free and clear of liens for an amount in excess of $25,000. The bankrupts claimed a homestead exemption in the amount of $25,000 pursuant to § 272.20, Wis.Stats.
