MEMORANDUM

SURRICK, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. (ECF No. 2.) For the following reasons, Plaintiffs’ Motion will be denied.

I. BACKGROUND

This case involves a bitter business dispute. Initially, Defendants in this matter sought to make this a federal case by filing a complaint claiming that the dispute implicated copyright infringement. Plaintiff herein, Valori Zaslow, filed a motion to dismiss that complaint asserting that the dispute did not implicate copyright infringement, and that the action did not belong in federal court.…
