CHASE, Circuit Judge.

The appellants were two of four inspectors appointed by the board of elections for *530the Sixth election district of the Fourth assembly district within the Southern district of New York to act as such at the polling place of the above election district at the general election held November 8, 1932, to elect presidential electors, a United States Senator, and Representatives in Congress, as well as state and city officers.
