The plaintiffs seek to enjoin the maintenance of ditches in the highway through which surface waters are drained from a basin or pond located on the highway and on the properties of two of the individual defendants into a larger basin or .pond located in part upon the property of one of the plaintiffs. The trial court entered judgment for defendants and plaintiffs have appealed.
