MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CASTILLO, District Judge.

This opinion addresses three criminal discovery motions: (1) Defendants Ross Caputo and Robert Riley’s motion to compel discovery under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 16 and Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963); (2) Defendants’ motion for a rule to show cause why four government hospitals have not complied with subpoenas issued pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 17; and (3) the prosecution’s motion to quash those same subpoenas.
