MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CASTILLO, District Judge.

This is the seventh and last opinion this Court plans to issue in this criminal case. This opinion seeks to comply with this Court’s post-Booker duty to articulate the reasons behind the sentences it imposed on September 13, 2006. 1 On that date this Court sentenced defendant Ross A. Caputo (“Caputo”) to a ten-year sentence and defendant Robert M. Riley (“Riley”) to a six-year sentence. Both defendants were directors of AbTox, Inc.
